home on behalf of the people of Utah. You, as well as the other Utah members of the military and naval forces of our country, have brought great honor to our State. You have done your part well in winning complete victories over the enemies of freedom.
You have lived up to the noble traditions of our great State.
Now that the war has ended,
we are proud to have you back.
In order that your rights and interests might be
safeguarded, there has been set up by the State government a service for returning veterans.

Bill, or under any of the laws of the United States, or of Utah, I invite you to write or contact the Veterans' Division at the given address.
