Dear Friends and Co-Workers:
I have had twenty-one and a half wonderful years here at Community Hospital.
Some of you were here when I came and
others have joined us since, but it is with mixed feelings that I leave all of you for my retirement.
I sincerely wish to thank each and everyone of you for all the cooperation you have given me.
